I agree with Jessica! I am totally lost without DST! Thanks for keeping us updated. I hope all is well.
I wish there was news to give. They answered our Help ticket saying they reset the server and it should be fixed but the problem didn't change. So we wrote back and told them. They wrote back and said they were elevating our priority. And when we still hadn't heard from them by the end of the day, Erick logged a complaint as well. Generally, if we have a site issue, we have our own tech guy on hand who can usually figure out the problem faster but he's on vacation right now!
Believe me though, its our highest priority and we're doing everything we can.
Thanks for the updates Shannon- what a frustrating thing to happen on a holiday too! Hope you had a great St. Pat's Day anyhow.
