Plink!

Have you seen these?

I love them! $6.99 at Bed, Bath & Beyond for a pack of 20. You drop it in your disposal and it dissolves the fatty deposits, cleans your disposal and makes your whole kitchen smell citrusy! I love them!! I'm always spraying Lysol down my disposal because I'm always aware of what a disgusting cesspool of bacteria it is. Totally worth the $6.99 to me. LOL!

Ok, here is one of the recipes I mentioned. This one takes almost no time and effort. This took less than 20 minutes to prepare. I sauteed some asparagus to go with it and threw in some garlic bread and a bottle of Chardonnay. Whole meal done in under 30 minutes and it was so yummy!

And I MADE time to scrap yesterday! It took me until 2am to finish it because it had been so long since I'd scrapped that things just weren't coming together for me. But I'm happy with the end result:

First Recital

And you know what....I just may scrap again tonight! ; )

Finally and most importantly, welcome to the world Carter Jeffrey! My cousin Alyson had her little guy and he is an absolute doll! I would post a picture but I think I should get permission first. But trust me, he is a cutie pie!! Congratulations Mike & Alyson! Give Carter a billion tiny kisses for me and tell him that we love him!!

Thank you for posting about the Plink! I see these all the time and wonder about them. I usually dump an actual lemon down there, or if I need lemon juice for a recipe, stick the leftover rind down.

Sweet, sweet layout :) And congrats on your new family member!

Thanks for the recipe! I love 4x6 digi recipe cards. I think I am getting some kind of sick addiction. Are you going to CHA? I'll be working at the Fxfoto booth with Susan White. Come get your key chain LOL.

That recipe sounds yummo. I'll have to try it. I love anything that doesn't take too much time. And the disposal things look awesome, I have the wants for them now (is that silly to have the wants for cleaning stuff?)
