No need to contact us. We're aware that the site is down. Our hosting company has promised us 99.9% up time and this now makes 3 times that they've gone down in 3 weeks. If they don't provide a sufficient solution for us tomorrow then we will be switching to another company.

Edit: Make that 4 times in 3 weeks. We spoke with the company last night and this morning and they have only given us the runaround with no explanation for the down time. Erick has been talking to another hosting company today (one with ACTUAL customer service skills) and we're checking to see how quickly we can make the switch.
